Why it exists
PinkLinq started in a very ordinary place: a small retail business with a couple of stores, trying to keep schedules, time cards and staff messages straight.
So we built the one app we wanted, and our own stores are the first company on it. If something's wrong with it, we're among the first to feel it. Now we're opening it up to any business that runs on shifts.
What we think matters
Your team has to actually use it. Most hourly workers don't sit at a desk, and they don't check email. The app has to make sense on a phone, for someone with five minutes before their shift.
Prices should be easy to work out. Our pricing is public. It's free for up to 10 people. Paid plans are per hub, with the first 30 people included. When we compare ourselves with other apps, we link to where we got the numbers, and we say where they're the better pick.
Your data is yours. Each company has its own separate database. The owner can export all of it, and close the account, at any time. We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising. Read our privacy policy.
We'd rather say what we can't do. We don't run payroll, calculate tips or have a store release for Android yet. You'll find that kind of thing stated plainly across this site, because you'd find out anyway.
Where we are today
We're new, and we won't pretend otherwise. You won't find rows of customer logos here or a wall of star ratings, because we'd rather wait until we've earned them. What you'll find is a product built for our own stores, and a status page that shows whether it's working right now.
If you're trying PinkLinq early, you've got something bigger companies can't offer: when you tell us something's wrong, the people who built it will read your message.
Who we are
