Who we are
PinkLinq provides workforce software to businesses ("customers") for their staff. Each customer controls the data of its own team; we process it on their behalf.
What we collect
Account details your employer adds or you enter: name, phone number, email, job title, store and profile photo.
Work records: schedules, clock-in and clock-out times, breaks, time off, messages, documents and training progress.
Location: only when you clock in or out, and — if you turn on automatic clock in and out — when your phone arrives at or leaves your workplace. We do not track your location continuously.
Device data needed to keep you signed in safely and to send notifications.
How we use it
To run the service for your employer: show schedules, record hours, deliver messages and notifications, and keep accounts secure. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Sharing
With your employer and the colleagues their settings allow; with service providers that host and deliver the service (for example cloud hosting, email and payment processing); and when required by law.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while your employer uses the service and deleted when they close their account. You can delete your own account from the app (Profile → Delete account), and your employer can export or delete data at any time.
Security
Each customer has its own separate database. Connections are encrypted, sign-in is protected against guessing, and access is limited by role.
