The service

PinkLinq is software for businesses to manage their hourly teams. By creating a company account you agree to these terms on behalf of that business.

Accounts

You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping sign-in details safe. You must have the right to add the information you put in the service.

Plans and payment

The Free plan has no charge. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, harass people, send spam, or try to access data that is not yours.

Your data

Your data stays yours. We process it only to provide the service, and you can export or delete it at any time.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but provide it "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. Labor-law checks are informational and are not legal advice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will tell company owners about material changes before they take effect.
