Set up the time clock and store locations

Place each store on the map, choose how strictly location is checked, and set breaks and auto clock-out.

1. Settings → Locations: edit a store, find its address or click the map, and set the radius (the green circle).
2. Time Clock → Settings: Location tracking Off, Record, or Required (must be at the store).
3. Set break types, rounding, the daily auto clock-out limit and reminders.
4. Clock-in rules (Time Clock) set exceptions per person: anywhere, only at their stores, or kiosk only.
