Roles and permissions

Owners and admins run the company, managers run their teams, employees use the app; custom roles fine-tune exactly who can do what.

Owners can do everything. Admins can do everything except owner-only settings. Managers see and manage their teams. Employees see their own things in the app.

Settings → Roles & permissions lets you create custom roles (for example “Shift lead”) with exactly the access you choose.
