Labor-law checks (breaks, rest, minors)

Pick your state in Settings → Labor compliance; the schedule and timesheets flag missed breaks, short rest, late schedules, daily overtime and minors’ hours.

Presets cover California, New York, New York City, DC, Washington, Oregon, Illinois and federal rules; Custom lets you set your own values.

Checks only flag — nothing is blocked. They’re a practical summary, not legal advice.

Minor checks need a birthday on the person’s profile.
