Import your team from a spreadsheet

Upload a CSV exported from Connecteam, Homebase, When I Work, 7shifts or Gusto — or your own list — and preview before anything is saved.

1. Go to Users and choose Import from spreadsheet.
2. Choose your CSV file. Columns are recognized by their headers (First name, Last name, Email, Phone, Position, Location, Start date).
3. Check the preview: new people, people already here, and stores that weren’t found.
4. Choose Add people. Everyone is added as an employee; nobody gets a PIN until they create one.
